"Nordplus Neighbour” aims to develop long-term network cooperation within the entire education and research sector, from primary school to university and college levels. This includes support for network cooperation involving adult learning, whether it takes place within the formal education system or within NGOs in the Nordic region or Adjacent Areas. The condition being that the network activity is set in an educational or learning perspective. By education network we refer to a long-term, binding institutional cooperation — involving the participation and exchange of researchers, teaching staff and students (full-time, part-time, adult, and mature students). By NGO network the Nordic Council of Ministers refers to a long-term, binding cooperation between organisations that prioritise projects in an educational or learning perspective. Networks that include both established educational institutions and NGOs are preferred, all things being equal.
