Project summary (copied from the project proposal)

Provided that Computers, Internet, and other tools offer the promise of significant improvements in teaching and learning, but fulfilling that promise can be difficult, the aim of the project is the design of the programming for a course destined to adult trainers who want to develop skills for teaching adults students through the effective integration of new technologies

We propose to realize an exchange of methodologies in the area of e-learning formation/training and design of programming as well. The different countries centres of the participants in this project will be used to take part in the performance of the different tasks, which allows the teachers to improve the educational competitions and skills, and which gives them a guide about principles for teaching and learning through processes for integrating new technologies.

The final result will be the elaboration of a didactic guide of the course: "e-learning teachers for adult training", giving positive conclusions of educational experiences, which have been provided for the different partners which make up the Association of Learning. In this project we will give a special attention to the diffusion of results.

The work methodology will consist of periodic meetings of the partners, in these meetings we will work actively in the design of this course, where we will decide the main Objectives and Didactic Units, and we will work out the contents of the course, the specific lessons, the methodology that is going to be in use for the classes, how long will each part last, and other necessary or convenient issues.
